  • Community Support: OOMEGA’s user community offers free peer support through the OOMEGA community mailing list. Unlike a membership, the community mailing list do not provide case tracking nor case escalation to the core engineering team. Likewise, it does not guarantee privacy nor timely response to technical issues.
